What data is collected
When you send a message through the form, I receive your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to give them, your company and phone number. The site collects no other data. It uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
What the data is used for
I use it to reply to your message and to handle any quote or assignment. The legal basis is legitimate interest (replying to your enquiry) or steps taken before entering into a contract.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells people apart from bots without picture puzzles. The check processes technical browser data, such as your IP address, and does not store tracking cookies.
How long the data is kept
Messages are kept in my email for as long as the matter requires, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless accounting for a resulting contract requires a longer period.
Who the data is shared with
The data is not sold or passed on for marketing. Messages are sent through an email service that acts as a data processor.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data concerning you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted using the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland.
